Free Dental Services Available to Low Income Children at Boys and Girls Club

The Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis, in partnership with 509J and Benton County Health Department, is now offering free dental services to low income children. Any school age child who does not have access to dental care or who does not have dental insurance and meets the income requirements is eligible for the free dental services. Once a child has been screened and approved, the child will be required to become a BGCC member. Yearly membership fee is $25 and scholarships are available. Contact the 509J district nurse Christine Kulonis (757.4527) to find out if a child qualifies.

Anyone who would like to volunteer at the clinic should contact Chelsea Harlos at 757-1909 x230. The Boys and Girls Club also welcomes donations to help pay for dental supplies. Dental services are provided for free by Dr. Ken Johnson with assistance from Dot Johnson.
