On 9/23, volunteers cut the asphalt in preparation Of the installation. The playground equipment was installed on 9/28, 9/29, and 9/29.
Some of the playground parts were not delivered and are expected to be delivered to Garfield by 10/5.
Rubber tile installation is scheduled for 10/5, 10/6, and 10/7 - only if it doesn't rain. We will begin installation each day around 8:00 am. The plan at this time is to stay past 5 pm each day in order to complete as much of the tile installation as possible on dry days.
Following the installation of the rubber tiles, a cement slope will need to be created between the tiles and the existing asphalt. The Corvallis School District has stated that they will take care of this. I'll be communicating our progress so it can be done soon after the tile installation.
Phase Ill and IV each cost approximately $33,000 each. Fundraising needs to begin again in hopes of completing both of these phases during the summer 2008.

Las fases 3 y 4 cuestan aproximadamente $33,000 cada una. La recaudaciôn de fondos ya debe de empezar para que haya esperanza de terminar estas fases durante el verano del 2008.
